About the Author
Eileen Stellefson Myers, MPH, RD, LDN, CEDRD, FAND has provided nutrition therapy for clients with eating disorders since 1981. The inspiration for this book came when she worked at The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) as the Associate Director of the Weight Management Program. Eileen has published and presented nationally on various topics related to eating disorders and obesity throughout her career and has received the Excellence in Practice Awards from the SCAN, Weight Management, and BHN Dietetic Practice Groups of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Charlotte Caperton-Kilburn, MS, RDN, CSSD, CEDRD, LDN, FAND is the owner of NFL Performance (Nutrition For Life Performance) a private practice in Charleston, SC specializing in providing nutritional support to those who are working to recover from an eating disorder and in providing nutritional guidance to athletes of all levels.
