Do I need to be a CDR Accredited Provider?

No. While CDR Accredited status is noted on activity postings and provider profile pages, it is not required.

For live (face to face or virtual) learning opportunities, CDR recognizes non-accredited events so long as the program is dietetics-related, directed towards the education of professionals, and is in keeping with the characteristics of CPE as defined in CDR's DPD Guide.

Self-study learning opportunities must fall into one of these buckets for dietitians to receive credit...
1) provided by CDR accedited providers
2) pre-approved by CDR
3) provided CPE provider organizations accredited by other CDR-approved organizations

All are encouraged to carefully read and consider the guidelines provided in CDR's DPD Guide before submitting non-accredited or pre-approved programs for their Professional Development Portfolio.

How do I cancel?

All Dietitian Hub subscriptions are recurring so activity postings are never in danger of being accidentally removed for any period of time. If you wish to cancel your subscription, simply log in to your account and click the "Cancel Your Membership" link.

How do I change my subscription?

All Dietitian Hub subscription levels can be changed at any time. If you wish to change your monthly subscription plan, simply log in to your account and click the "Change Your Membership Level" link. The following page will describe the available levels. After selecting the desired level, you will be taken to a payment page. If a refund is due after changing the subscription, you will notified.

What is your payment and refund policy?

All subscriptions are paid on a monthly, recurring basis using a credit card via PayPal or a PayPal account.

Are subscription limits based on total CPE hours?

No. All subscription plan limits are based on the total number of published programs or courses. Each program or course can provide anywhere from 1 to 100+ credit hours!

In addition, providers may save additional programs in draft mode and simply publish them as desired. This allows providers to save and edit old versions of programs as well as rotate through their published offerings.
