3.  Identify ways to help clients eat nutritiously and make healthier food choices in order to better control hunger and weight.

About the Author

Dr. David Ludwig is an endocrinologist and researcher at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He is also a professor of nutrition at Harvard School of Public Health.
