Join speaker Yi Min Yeo, MS, RD, CNSC as she presents Culturally-Informed Applications of the Low FODMAP DIET with the following learning objectives:
- Describe cultural values, beliefs and attitudes and their iimpact on following a low FODMAP diet.
- Apply cultural responsive principles to improve communication and build rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Develop a plan to increase adherence to behaviors that can improve GI symptoms management when working with patients of various cultural backgrounds.
