Also, Dietitian Hub makes no guarantees that completing, viewing, or participating in any continuing professional education (CPE) activities listed on or found via the Dietitian Hub website will be acceptable towards renewing a credential administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is expected to treat Dietitian Hub with courtesy and respect. The client/Dietitian Hub relationship should be one of candor and honesty. Dietitian Hub will be unable to provide you with the highest level of service without you fully entering all information requested independently. It is the customer's responsibility to request assistance from Dietitian Hub by contacting us directly if needed.

You understand and agree that there are important risk factors that should be considered by you when deciding whether to purchase a subscription, product, or service from Dietitian Hub. You recognize and agree that we have made no implications, promises, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever to you about future success with growing your business.

You understand and agree that your CPE submissions may be rejected if they do not appear to meet CDR's basic requirements for a credit-eligible CPE program. You recognize and agree that Dietitian Hub holds final editorial privileges and may make changes to any pending or published CPE submissions on the Dietitian Hub website as it sees fit.

Termination

We may cancel or terminate your right to use any site (or part of a site) maintained by Dietitian Hub at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part of the site affected by such cancellation or termination.

Payment Policy

All payments are made through the PayPal payment gateway. We do not accept cash or checks. All subscription plans require recurring, monthly or annually, payments. Customers on a Click-Based plan will be additionally invoiced on a recurring basis, monthly or quarterly, for charges incurred per click to their online property from the Dietitian Hub website, for the prior month or quarter. This may include the customer's profile listing page, program listing pages, or any other place on the Dietitian Hub website where the customer's URL is inserted. Clicks are determined through Google Analytics. Customers on a Click-Based plan are required to pay invoices in full within 30 days of issue. All subscriptions may be canceled at any time by the customer with a notice of 10 business days.

Refund Policy

If, at any time, you decide not to use our software and/or services you may cancel your subscription and request a full refund on any purchase made within the prior 30 days. To obtain a refund, you will need to contact Dietitian Hub, including the username, email address, and name on file for the account you wish to cancel. At that time, Dietitian Hub will cancel your membership and refund any one-time payment made within the past 30 days. Refunds on purchases made prior to the past 30 days will not be granted.

Also, Dietitian Hub may terminate services and issue a refund at any time if you violate the Terms & Conditions. You understand and agree that there are important risk factors that should be considered by you when deciding whether to purchase our products, programs, or business opportunities from Dietitian Hub or any third party discussed or endorsed by Dietitian Hub.

As a result of a canceled or terminated relationship with Dietitian Hub, all information previously published by the customer will promptly be removed from the public view.

No Earnings Projections, Promises, or Representations

You recognize and agree that we have made no implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations, or guarantees whatsoever to you about future prospects or earnings, or that you will earn any money with respect to your purchase of our products, programs, or business opportunities, and that we have not authorized any such projection, promise, or representation by others. Any earnings or income statements, or any earnings or income examples, are only estimates of what we think you could earn. There is no assurance you will do as well as stated in any examples. If you rely upon any figures provided, you must accept the entire risk of not doing as well as the information provided.

There is no assurance that any prior successes or past results as to earnings or income will apply, nor can any prior successes be used, as an indication of your future success or results from any of the information, content, or strategies. Any and all claims or representations as to income or earnings are not to be considered as “average earnings”.
